Davis Ketchmark & McCreight is a plaintiff’s law firm in Kansas City, Missouri which specializes in personal injury and employment discrimination cases.  The firm was founded in 1995, and it quickly made a name for itself.  In 1997, the attorneys of Davis Ketchmark & McCreight won three of the top ten verdicts in the greater Kansas City area.  These victories included the largest personal injury verdict in the history of Platte County and the largest age discrimination verdict in the history of Missouri.  The firm’s string of successes continued into 1998 with another near million dollar verdict, as well as millions more in out-of-court settlements.  In 2001, the firm achieved its greatest success yet, winning a 2.25 billion dollar verdict along with co-counsel, which was the second highest in the nation.  In 2003, Davis Ketchmark & McCreight was named as one of the leading law firms in the state of Missouri.
