Brian Ivers
Brian is a trial lawyer and specializes in personal injury cases. He has extensive jury trial experience in the States of Missouri, Iowa & Illinois. Brian has successfully prevailed at jury trials on behalf of his clients in numerous types of cases, including lawsuits involving wrongful death, injuries from construction accidents, injuries from automobile accidents, and a variety of other injury related cases. Brian has been a trial lawyer advocating for his clients since 1990 and has been honored in the past by the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers as “Best Advocate.” He is currently licensed to practice law in Missouri, Iowa & Illinois.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian served in the Army as an Airborne Ranger with the 1st 75th Ranger Battalion, stationed in Savannah, Georgia. On October 23, 1983, he participated in the successful airborne raid on the island of Grenada to rescue American Medical Students who were under threat by the Marxist regime then in control of the island.
